Client is relocating to a new home. Several projects to be completed, the first of which is a basement configuration change. Day one includes building a stud wall, with a rough in for a pass-through door and a closet. The drywall is hung, j channel along the top edge, tear away strips along the concrete block walls, fiberglass mesh tape in the seams and inside corners, and joint compound filling the field screw holes.
